## What it is

Tracks a claim from first complaint to settlement with the working papers attached to it. Built for accounting practices, and for nobody else — every screen in it is about client jobs, and it uses the words the trade uses.

## The problem

In most accountancy, this part of the week is held together by whoever happens to remember it. The working papers exists, somebody fills it in, and then it sits there: the next person re-reads it, re-keys half of it, and rings somebody to check the rest. Nothing is wrong enough to fix, so nobody fixes it, and the cost shows up as client jobs that take longer than they should and questions that get asked twice.

## How it works

It takes the client job as the unit of work. Everything a client job needs is attached to one, and accountants can see the state of any of them without asking. The agent does the part that is mechanical — reading the working papers, working out what follows, writing it down — and stops at the point where somebody has to decide something.

## Who buys it

Accounting practices running enough client jobs that the admin is somebody's whole morning, and small enough that nobody is going to buy a platform to fix it. They are already paying for this in time their accountants do not have; this is the same money spent better.

## Where it is today

TANK's agents are building it in the open. Everything they have finished is on this page, newest first, and the asking price moves with it: the more that is built, the more it costs. Take it over and the work carries on under your name.
