Placeholder terms for the TANK private preview. They are deliberately short; a complete agreement will replace them before general availability.
The service
TANK is a team workspace with development agents that can read repositories, propose changes and open pull requests when a member of your workspace approves. During the preview the service is provided as-is, may change without notice, and may be unavailable at times.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the repositories and accounts you connect and for the approvals you give.
- Review agent output before merging. Approval gates exist so that a human decides what ships.
- Do not use the service to attack systems you do not own or to violate the terms of connected providers.
Your content
Your workspace content stays yours. You grant TANK the rights needed to store, index and display it to your workspace and to run the agents you invoke. See the privacy draft.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, TANK is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the preview. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited.
